I am always asked what albums are in my top 10 of all time and it's always difficult to pick, but I can without a doubt say this is one of them. I love this record. This is classic bay area thrash type stuff and Wrathchild America has always been sadly overlooked by most. Stand out tracks here are "Silent Darkness" and the Pink Floyd cover "Time". The boys changed their name to Souls At Zero in the '90s and unfortunately went in a more grunge direction. This album is their high point.

This is one of my favorite new albums. This band is intense and quite enjoyable. They have one of the most brutal female vocalists around. This is their second full length and is far better then the debut was. I'd say give these guys a chance even if you hated their first album I think you'll like this one. Some great harcore/metalcore.

These two albums are contained in the Dark Genesis box set that came out a couple of years back. These have a more raw style then some of the more popular Iced Earth albums and they also feature the original singer. Matt Barlow took over vocals on the Burnt Offerings album and then the rest is history. These 2 albums featured here are well worth the download for any true Iced Earth fan or any fan of pure speed metal. Enjoy my friends.
